Boarded up
True, there are many of these boarded up homes and buildings throughout Buffalo. Right around the corner, however, is a thriving neighborhood where children are laughing, friends are walking throughout the streets, and families are connecting. It must be rough on the family next door to be next to these two structure.
A New Yorker (that's me) born and raised in the NorthEast Bronx -- now I find myself living in Buffalo to complete my masters in Urban Planning. Little did I know that I would actually like Buffalo and now dabble with the idea of making it my home. Lets see if two years in Buffalo influences me to leave the concrete jungle and become a (clears throat) permanent resident.
